NDIS & Capacity-Building Therapy

Therapy that builds capacity, confidence, and connection.

Who We Work With

We work with people navigating big changes—neurological, emotional, and social. That includes:

  • Adults diagnosed later in life with Autism, ADHD or AuDHD
  • People adjusting to acquired brain injuries or disability
  • Former high-performers navigating identity and capacity loss
  • Parents questioning their own neurodivergence after their child’s diagnosis
  • BIPOC, migrant and trauma-affected individuals processing complex systems and stories
  • People who have masked for years and want to make sense of who they are now
  • Carers and family members experiencing burnout while supporting someone with significant disability
  • Clients who feel therapy hasn’t worked before and want a space that feels different

Our Approach

Therapy is always individual and always built around your goals. Sessions are grounded, clear, and shaped by what matters to you.
We help you:

  • Understand your diagnosis and how it impacts your day-to-day
  • Learn to regulate emotions and build executive function
  • Develop structure, motivation and routine
  • Make meaning after the loss of a previous identity, career or lifestyle
  • Strengthen communication, self-advocacy, and personal relationships

The work is supported by clinical experience in neurodiversity, trauma, ABI, and adult adjustment. We draw on EMDR, CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, motivational interviewing, and person-centred practice. The approach is strengths-based, paced to suit you, and designed for real-world application.

What Makes This Practice Different

  • We understand complexity—late diagnosis, trauma histories, high-masking, and major life shifts
  • Many of our clients didn’t know they were neurodivergent for years and are now piecing things together
  • Some come from high-pressure backgrounds and are learning to live in a new rhythm
  • Others are parents or carers trying to make sense of their own minds while supporting others
  • We offer therapy that is flexible, affirming, and clinically solid—no fluff, no judgement
