When should I start seeing a therapist?

You don’t need to wait for any specific time frame to begin seeing a therapist. Seeking professional help sooner can make all the difference, like changing the course of your life’s ship by 5 degrees. In a few years, it can change your life’s trajectory.

How do I know if therapy or counselling is the right option for me?

The first step is to discuss your concerns and symptoms with your local GP. They will be able to assess whether therapy or counselling may be the best option for you, based on your individual . However, if you prefer, we also accept self-referral. You may avail yourself of any of our services withouta recommendation from other health professionals.

How long does it typically take to see results from therapy?

Results vary depending on the individual, but most people find that they improve significantly from their first few treatment sessions. It is often considered an ongoing process, so clients will likely continue to experience long-term benefits over time.

What is the cost of services at your clinic?

The cost of our service can vary depending on the frequency, length of individual sessions and the package you choose, but most sessions typically include individual or group tasks and various resource materials you can utilise after the session. We always aim to be solution focussed and give ‘homework’ to make sure you get the most out of the number of sessions you attend. This is a tried and tested technique, backed by research with the CBT technique.

What are your operating hours?

I found Rishi to be very understanding and helpful, and never made me feel judged. I definitely recommend him, especially for clients experiencing severe anxiety or trauma. I felt at ease with him from our first session, which can be very rare when seeking help for difficult situations. I would rate him higher if I could.
